Abstract

Liver Blood Flow Undergoes Complex Changes With The Progression of liver Diseases from chronic Hepatitis To Cirrhosis and Hepatocellular Carcinoma.Normally,The Portal Vein contrntributes 70 -75% of The Hepatic Bloob Flow, While The Hepatic Artery Contributes The remaining 25-30% .Large Hepatocellur Carcinoma is a Hepatovascular Tumor With Arapid Growth Which Seems to Requite an Increase of The Tumoral Arterial Blood Flow.Furthermore Hepatocllular Carccinoma, is Frequently Associated with Portal Vein Thrombosis ,Which Impedes Portal Blood Supply.
