Abstract
This study was performed during 2000 and 200 I seasons on head trained Red Roomy vines grown in private vineyard located at Bany
Mazar district, Minia Governorate. The vines were planted at 2 x 2 meters
apart.
The goal of this study was examining the effect of some organic N fertilizers namely, Filter mud, farmyard manure and Agrolig applied with
mineral N fertilizer on growth, vine nutritional status, yield and berries quality of Red Roomy vines.
The experiment comprised from two factors, the first factor was the three organic N fertilizers
namely filter mud farmyard manure and agrolig and the second one was the three ratios of mineral N source namely, mineral N at 150 g N /vine + organic N at 0.0 g N /vine, mineral N at 120 g N /vine + organic N al 30.0 g N /vine and mineral N at 112.5 g
N/ vine + organic N at 37.5 g N/vine. Therefore, the experiment included
nine treatments.
filter mud, farmyard manure were applied once at the
middle of Janurary while, Agrolig was applied twice at the middle of january and at one month later.the study was set in completely randomized
block design in a split plot arrangement with three replicates each consisted of two vines. The three levels of the first factor (A) and those of second one (B) occupied the main and the sub-plots, respectively.
