It was the aim of the present work to prepare some of the amorphous semiconductors materiats and investigate some of their mechanical, thermal and optical properties. Oxide glasses based on TeO2 B2O3 and P2O5 were intensively investigated [1-34] because of their well knnown particular interesting properties TeO2 based glassesare of scientific and technical interest because of their low melting temperature, high density, refraction , thermal expansion coefficient and dielectric constant and good infrared transmission [19]
