Abstract
In the a B. Campestris, cc B .oleracea and their ac f \ hybrid plants,
studies were made to assess the retained chromosome affinity between
their a and c genomes and the ability of the different combinations of these
related genomes to undergo regular cytological behavior in the induced
tissue cultures of the three genotypes. In additions the percentage of
crossability between the two species and their biochemical relationships
by enzyme electrophoreses were examined.
The study aiso included the examination of the effect of two more
Factors other than genomic constitution on initiation, growth dynamics and
Cytological behavior of tissue culture and plant regeneration (i.e.explant types and media type) The f ,hybrid planed were obtained by reciprocal conventionnnal crossing methods . The research work and the obtained results are as follows.
