Abstract First Experiment : Response of four pea cultivars to rhizobium inoculation and NPK fertilizers : A field investigation was carried out in the three successive winter seasons of 1994/95, 1995/96 and 1996/97 to investigate the effect of thizobium inoculation and NPK fertilizers on the growth and production of four pea cultivars , i0e, ”little Marvel” , Master B” ” Lincoln ” and ” Victory freezer ” This study was conducted at the new – reclaimed sandy soil of the Experimental Research Center , Minia University at West Samalute , Minia Governorate , Egypt . Treatments were arranged in aplit split plot design in complete andomized blocks with five replicates Inoculated or uninoculated seeds with the commercial rhizobium ”Okadin” were arranged randomly and planted in the main plots , Three combination rates of N, P and K fertilizers were distributed at random in the sub-plots The NPK application rates were 1- 50kgN+25kgP2O5+25kgK2O/fed 2- 75kgN+50kgP2O5+50kgK2O/fed 3- 100kgN+75kgP2O575kgK2O/fed |
