Abstract
Electron transport phenomena in two dimensional solids has motivated extensive investigation since end of the nineteenth centruy.the size effects due to thickness(size)were subjected to intensive study theoretically and experimentally somewhat contrary data on polycrystalline al-films have been given in literature.
