Abstract
The Present Study Aims At The Identification of Epidemiologic Factors Which May Contribute To The Formation Of Urolithiasis. The Study Was Carried Out At The outpatient Clinic Of Urology Drology Department At The Main Alexandria University Hospital. The Sample Included 250 Patients Diagnosed as Stone Formers Adult Patients Of Both Sex And Aged from 18 To More Than 60 Years. The Technique used Was The Arabic Interview And Two Tools Wereinal tool of gaafar et al 18 was modifide and adaptedfor carring out the Used. The orig purpuse of the of the study in included extrinsic and intrinsic factors. Extrin sic factors such as sex age diagnosis geographic iocation environmentals dietary habits and condid lostions occpations home conditions and exposure to sunshine facting days prveious fluid intake and fluits psychological state.Intrinsic factors such as race family history of urinar tract stone disease previous medication and past history of metabolic disease.
