Abstract

The element aluminum is one of the most abundant elements in the earth.
We live under the environmental circumstances surrounded with the Al products
such as cans, cases and boxes containing drinks and foods or medications
including Al such as aluminum gel. The Al element exists as various chemical
compounds such as aluminum oxides, aluminum chloride, alumino silicates and
aluminum chlorohydrate in the nature in the earth. However, it is believed that
the Al element of those forms can not be taken into the living body of the human
beings as well as experimental animals. It is generally doubted if the Al element
was absorbed and accumulated into the living body through the oral
administration in such forms as Al element dissolved in water.
