Abstract
This Study Is Carried Out To Assess The Nutritional Needs Of The Burned Patients And To Identify Factors Affecting Such needs
The Objectives Of This Study Were
1) Assessing Nutritional Condition Of The Burned Patient During His Treatment Period
2) Calculating The Patient’s Daily Nutritional needs
3) Comparing The Estimated Daily Nutritional Requirements With The Amount And Quality Of Food ordered By Physician Served By Hospital And Ingested By Patient
4) Identifying The Factors Hindering Food Intake.
