Abstract
this study was conducted in the mariculture research center faculty of environmental agricultural sciences suez canal university el-arish, north sinai governorate, egypt.eight experiments were carried out to study the effect of four environmental conditions, salinity, temperature, light intenisty and photoperiod, on growth curve, chemical composition and chlorophyll content of two marine species of algae, tetraselimes chuii and nannochloropsis oculata.
