Abstract
The purpose of this thesis is to study the most proper spacing ’and opening of outlets in the sprinkler system to get the most economic design.
Theoretical and experimental investigation for pipes of different diameters having different opening diameters are carried out and the results are pre¬sented. The coefficient of discharge of the openings and decrease of energy along the pipe are studied pro¬perly.The computer is used to analyse the results as well as the theoretical study. The programmes and flow charts are presented.
