Abstract
Fr0111 the present investigation ,it could be concluded that:
•. The prevalence of yellow grub disease among tilapia species,
Ore ochrom is niloticus and O. aureus in lake N asser was
higher than that of Nile branches in lower Egypt.
e Sarotherodon galillae was found insusceptible to yellow
grub disease in both examined areas .
e Attention must be taken to snail control and Migratory
birds using biological methods.
• Cleaning the branchial cavity after freezing and removal of
,
gills and branchio stegal musculature for eliminating of both
visible and buried encysted rr.etacercariae.
e Health education programms for avoiding such problem
(Zoonotic protile) to consumers , veterinarians and
physicians
