Abstract
This research was conducted on a farm in the College of Agriculture - Menoufia University to study drip irrigation in cotton cultivation in the clay soil of Menoufia Governorate .
Can summarize the results obtained are as follows :
1 - The study showed that the disposal of drippers is 2 l / h 0.4 l / h 0.8 l / h possible the study of the relationship ( act - pressure ).
2 - found that the optimum operating pressure for the three pipettes were 1 atmospheric pressure .
3 - was found to be the best treatment of irrigation every 4 days and the amount of water used 4183 m 3 / acre .
4 - found that the highest value of the fruiting branches were when irrigation Balltnqat every 4 days .
5 - found that the plant at the final harvest was higher when drip irrigation every 4 days 99.6 cm . was found to be the highest profit for 3271 pounds when drip irrigation while surface irrigation 2456.
