Abstract
The aim of this work was to study leptin profile in adult overweight and obese individuals, and also to determine if there was relationship between serum leptin concentration and body weight. The subjects under study were 100 adults randomly chosen from the adults visiting outpatient clinic of the National Nutrition Institute. The sample were subjected to the following studies.
