Abstract
This study was conducted to evaluate mandibular overdentures retained by immediately loaded mini implants with different surface treatments.
Eight male patients were selected for this study with age ranging from 50 to 60 years. Each patient receiving four screws shaped, one –piece similarly designed mini implants with the same length and width in the interforaminal area of the mandible. Two of them were sandblasted, large grit and acid etched (SLA) and the other two were progressively dual acid etched (DAE). All implants were placed using a flapless technique.
