Abstract
the study was carried out on 45 patients between 40 and 70 years old classified as ASAI, II,III, undergoing total hip replacement. patients were randomly assigned to one of the three group.the aim of the present study was to determine whether preoperative oral gabapentin before the operation of total hip replacement could improve analgesis or not.
