Male albino rats weighted about (230-250) gm were produced from Central Animal House in faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Zagazig University.
They were housed in stainless steel cages in the biochemistry department under hygienic condition. The animals fed on maintenance ration and drink water during the time of study. Food was discontinued, but water still available twelve hours before taking the sample.
