from our results we can concluded that age has an adverse effect on carbohydrate metabolism represented in increase of blood glucose, increase of blood lactate, starvation a companied by increase of Aldolase, GOT, GPT, LDH, lactate but accompanied by decrease of glucose and glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase. Heat stress has very adverse effect on liver demonstrated in increase of hepatic enzymes in serum as increase of GPT, GOT, LDH and decrease of glucose G6PDH and increase of blood lactate but it accompanied by decrease of blood glucose.
