Abstract This study included 20 patients with infertility, either primary or secondary infertility, with tubal factor. All patients underwent HSG and diagnostic hysteroscopy as well as laparoscopy as part of their infertility evaluation. Diagnostic hysteroscopy was performed using the Hamou microhysteroscope without cervical dilatation and under general anesthesia as well as with 0.9% normal saline as uterine distention medium. All patients tolerated the procedures well and there were no complications encountered in the study related to either procedure.
