Abstract

Two hundred raw milk and milk products (fourty samples from each of Damiatta cheese, processed cheese,.yoghurt, raw milk and ice cream) were collected from different markets and super markets in different localitis in Alexandria province were examined for detection of zoonotic food poisoning microorganisms
The obtained results revealed the following
1. Organisms isolated from raw milk
Staphylococcus aureus isolated from 10%
Streptococcus faecalis 75%
Salmonella typhimurium 2.5%
Salmonella Derby 2.5%
Proteus vulgaris 10%
Proteus morganii 20%
Proteus mirabillis not detected
providence A 5%
Providence B 20%
Serratia marcesers 5%
Escherichia coli 15%
Er.terobacter aerogenes 10%
Erterobacter aerogeres 10%
