Abstract The present thesis was planned to secure the following information: 1-Occurrence of motile Aeromonas spp. In raw milk, Damietta cheese and ice cream. 2-The relation between incidence of Aeromonas and acidity percent of the examined dairy products. 3- The relation between incidence of Aeromonas and sodium chloride content of Damietta cheese. 4-Isolation and identification of motile Aeromonas species. 5-The behavior of the Aeromonas hyDROPhila during manufacture and storage of white soft cheese. 6-Public health significance of motile Aeromonas spp. |
