Abstract
from our results, we can conclude that healthy rabbits have very low levels of APP in serum. Our data also shows under induced inflammation in rabbits the liver rapidly synthesizes large amounts of Hp, CRP, Cp, and releases that into the blood to provide immediate protection against any inflammation. It found that Hp mRNA undetectable in healthy control rabbits, while Hp mRNA expression detectable in liver cells of rabbits after induced inflammation with staph. aureus and turpentine oil at the end of the 1st and decrease at end of the 7th day. Our observations indicated that analysis of APP as a tool for the prediction of disease, during sub-clinical inflammation, might be possible.
