Abstract
AIM OF THE WORK
The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of chemotherapy as flubendazole, ivermectin and vaccination on the experimental animals infected with T. spiralis. This will be achieved by:
1. Parasitological study including:
a) Worm load in the intestine.
b) Larval burden in the muscle.
2. Histopathological changes.
3. Ultra-structure examination by using:
a) Scanning electron microscopy for adults and larvae.
b) Transmission electron microscopy for infected muscles.
