Abstract This thesis is to study and analyze the performance of BLDCM. The Thesis discusses also various factors, which improve its performance, so Increasing the range of speed variation ,the motor torque and efficiency are achieved. Also, the torque ripples are decreased. This work focuses on the Effect of advancing the s witching ON angle for each phase. Then, the conduction angle for each phase will be increased than 60 degree. And,. it is preferred not to advance the switching ON angle at the instant of motor starting. Then. advancing the switching ON angle will be increased by speed increasing. to improve the motor performance. in the implementation work. the experimental setup of the system under study contains BLDCM, inverter and rotor position sensor. The waveforms of stator phases current are measured and recorded through the motor running as BLDCM and switched reluctance motor. |
