Abstract
We have presented a modified data mining approach with two modifications.
• The first modification is the usage of transition matrix in order to modify the next cell prediction.
• The second modification based in using the transition matrix to calculate paths weights and based on weight threshold value some of the paths are discarded from being used in the clustering process.
We have performed simulations to evaluate the performance of our modified scheme; we find that our modifications have the advantage over the original scheme and improved the performance in both first parameters in Recall measure, while it makes deterioration in the same both parameters in Precision measure.
With respect to the third parameter our modifications is less than original scheme in Recall measure and share the increase in performance with original scheme in Precision measure. So, based on the importance of measure and through the value of parameters used our modifications make an improvement in performance over the original scheme.
